with Harissa Oil

Swipe ZaZa into this creamy dip drizzled with a smoky, spicy chile oil.

  • 1 teaspoon harissa paste from a tube
  • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1¼ cups labneh or Greek yogurt
  • Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for serving
  • Flaky sea salt, for serving

In a small bowl, stir together the harissa and oil. Spread the labneh on a small serving plate. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with a little parsley and salt.

Serve with ZaZa pita chips.
