Grilled Shishitos with ZaZa Bits

Don't miss the sesame seeds at the bottom of the bag of our za'atar pita chips. They are the perfect topping.

Grilled Shishitos with ZaZa Bits

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shishito peppers
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt
  • 1 bag ZaZa Za'atar Pita Chips

Make it

Heat the grill to high.

In a large bowl, toss together the shishitos and olive oil, making sure each shishito is coated.

Grill the shishitos for 3 to 5 minutes, turning often, until blistered and charred. Put them in a serving bowl and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt.

Serve the shishitos alongside our za'atar pita chips. Sprinkle the yummy bits at the bottom of the bag over the shishitos.
