Online Order Returns
Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis. Refund/Replacement requirements are as follows: Photos of product and packaging, description of product, and the lot number on the packaging. Please contact us at hello@zaza-snacks.com for more info!
In-Store Purchases
Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than the ZaZa website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
