Shipping Policy:

  1. Order Processing

    • Orders are typically processed within 4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.
    • Each case ships separately in its own box with individual tracking. Multi-case orders arrive in multiple boxes.
  2. Shipping Methods

    • We offer standard shipping.
    • Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
  3. Shipping Rates

    • We offer flat-rate shipping.
    • Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.
  4. Shipping Areas

    • ZaZa currently ships to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately do not delivery to international addresses at this time.


Returns Policy:

  1. Online Order Returns:

    • Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis. Refund/Replacement requirements are as follows: Photos of product and packaging, description of product, and the lot number on the packaging. Please contact us at hello@zaza-snacks.com for more info!
  2. In-Store Purchases:

    • Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than the ZaZa website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
