Creamy Feta-Scallion Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 scallions (white and green part), cut into 1-inch pieces, plus some sliced for garnish
  • 7 ounces feta cheese (about 1½ cups, crumbled)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper, for serving

Make it

In a food processor, chop the scallions. Add the feta, oil, and lemon juice. Pulse until the mixture is creamy, scraping down the sides of
the bowl as necessary.

Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of
oil and a little black pepper. Serve with our Za’atar and/or Sea Salt pita chips.
