A Middle Eastern chopped salad made better with our za'atar pita chips.

- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 scallions (white and light green part), chopped
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled, 1/4-inch dice
- 12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 8 fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground sumac
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small clove garlic, finely grated
- A large handful or two of ZaZa Za'atar Pita Chips
